Here’s what your interview process will look like:

  1. Application review — After reviewing your application, we reach out to you to schedule an introductionary call.
  2. HR interview — A 45-minute chat to discuss mutual expectations, share about your experience, values, and how both role and company look like.
  3. Business interview — A follow-up session with your potential manager to talk about some real job-related stuff.
  4. In person interview — Let’s meet in our Turnhout office to discuss open topics, answer your questions and have an open discussion about actual business-topics.
  5. Offer time! — It’s a match? Let’s go over your offer and answer any burning questions.
  6. Onboarding — You’re in! Buckle up — you’re in the driver’s seat of your new adventure.
