BMW Serenity - Maintenance Contracts

BMW Financial Services decided to use UBTech as their RMT procurement platform, fully integrated with the DMS (Navision Incadea) of the Dealer network, putting the national importers’ pricing (BMW V1-BE) as a standard.
The procurement (approval) rules for the procurement of maintenance services are set in agreement with BMW Belux and based on the central price catalogue (V1-BE). The communication platform between BMW Financial Services and the Dealer network allow for automatic and manual approval of services components as provided in the BMW Serenity contracts.
After the successful implementation of UBTech for BMW Serenity Essentials, the scorecards in UBScoreshowed a figure of 75% automatic approval and a significant cost reduction.

DEKRA Experts have fulfilled hundreds of technical inspections at the request of major leasing companies: ALD Automotive, LeasePlan, Alphabet, Arval, J&T Autolease, Directlease, since they started using UBDrive as a mobile tool. In real-time the customer leasing companies are informed about the repair costs and savings for the technical breakdowns, and who's liable for the assessed technical defects.
